Beware - very difficult to cancel
Beware! It is very difficult to get this company out of your life. They have a link on their website to cancel a subscription, but they do not honor your request. I have told my credit card company to reject the most recent charges and to block them. There are many ways to follow good digestive health protocols without being ripped off. Update: 9/26/26: another shipment arrived! I may have no other recourse than to cancel my credit card! I recommend staying away from this company!

Shady business
I got one month of this product. I didn’t notice a difference. I canceled my subscription and then the next day they charged me and shipped it to me. They are shady! Don’t bother!

Once an order has processed, canceling the subscription will prevent future orders but does not cancel an order that has already been processed. The only good thing I can say about…
The only good thing I can say about this company is that you will get your order. Whether their vitamins work, who knows. What I find tremendously disappointing is their subscription models. These models are intended so that you forget about them, have difficulty finding how to cancel them, or think you have cancelled them only to be charged again. Other users note that they didn’t enroll in their subscriptions and were charged anyways. This would be no surprise to me given my experience. Their customer service is also of no help.

I became a member and opted for a 30…
I became a member and opted for a 30 day supply and wanted to cancel before 30 days. The company charged my card before 30 days and to get in touch with someone is ridiculous! The same generic AI response and didn’t resolve my issue. Will be filing a credit dispute and chargeback. Lots of red flags with this company!

SCAM!!! They duplicate orders without your consent
SCAM!!!! I am SHOCKED. They duplicated my order, did this to hundreds of other people, will charge you without a confirmation email and then tell you they cant do anything about it even though its THEIR mistake. They will tell you to email care@seed Dont listen, it’s literally AI slop, they have no humans. They will say they dont have your email here so cant help unless you reach out to them, i have sent 4 emails if they want to find my contact information they can. I heard great things and decided to try a subscription, i placed an order for my first two boxes for my husband and I, and was charged and got a confirmation email saying the next shipment would be billed and sent next month. Immediately i got charged for two months, I got no confirmation email, just two charges and when I go into my Seed account, there is a duplicate order shipping on the same day as my first order, i did not place this second order, i did not consent to my card being charged. And when you reach out within minutes of this charge, you get an AI response via email no human contact available saying there’s nothing they can do once an order is placed (THE ORDER THAT THEY CREATED AND CHARGED ME FOR, NOT MY ORDER). So they are scamming their customers.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!
Poor Customer service. Never received my shipment. I wrote to CS, but never received a reply. Now I have to file a dispute with my credit card company. Wish I had checked TrustPilot first! 😡

NOT WORTH THE $$$. Caused me a trip to urgent care.
Honestly if you have a sensitive digestive system already, DO NOT take this. It’s a waste of money & it caused me a trip to urgent care. The customer service team was not as helpful as I would’ve liked either. It caused me intense bloating, gas, and constipation. These symptoms are supposed to “die off” after the first 2 weeks. I even lowered the dose to 1 capsule a day & it made it even worse. I would not recommend this product to any one.
