I like Secure the Bag overall but I did not enter into a position and my account failed. I was under the impression that my time did not start until my first trade was entered but maybe I was mistaken. I do intend on trying again with Secure the Bag.

We also want to extend our sincerest apologies for any confusion or inconvenience you may have experienced. Our trading rules can sometimes be in great lengths and we understand how this might have led to misunderstandings. We will make sure to clarify our rules and procedures more effectively in the future. We appreciate your understanding and look forward to your continued participation in our trading platform. So far a really good experience. Great customer service. Fairly easy challenge. Phase 1 I have to be a little more aggressive, which is a good test in itself to see just how strong your risk management and system work to their limit.
