Hey there, so far i had a good experience with this prop firm i joined. I first really didn't want to get involved with prop firms but since swaggy was the main man i thought why not. I really like how fast they response and be able to fix problems as fast as possible, they might have a bit of a delay with certain deadline but its a young firm, they really doing good for a new prop firm. The biggest thing i liked so far is how my risk management improved, the 5% daily drawdowm rule and 10% overall loss rule really helped me realize how important risk management is. I have been trading for 2 years now I am really excited to see the future with this prop firm. Kind regards

I've had a really good experience thus far. The only thing that I didn't like was after passing phase 2, they sent out an email with the log in information for my funded account and all the way at the bottom was the instructions for me to submit my ID for verification. I was not sent the link for me to verify myself until after I reached out. I feel as though this part should have been communicated better because had I not gone back and reread the email, I would've been sitting waiting for it to be sent to me. Overall though, my experience was great. I reached out via email for help and Howard, Fin, Hasnain and Frankline were REALLY helpful. My emails were answered in a timely fashion and I was able to get verified. Excited to start trading. Will be leaving another review about the payout process. Very pleased customer.

Purchased a 10k challenge on the 25th of July with my hard earned cash. For some reason Order #14577 was cancelled and the funds were suppose to be reversed back to my credit card but that didn't happen. STB cannot assist in retrieving the funds and the bank cannot assist either... I'm stuck :(

The professionalism that exists in the Customer Service will pave a way for a great future for this firm.
