had problems with an account credentials and they gave me a new one. Replies were extremely fast

Very easy to set up and fast responses when needing help

I have a great experience with customer support. The only problem is opening a trade goes a few pips ahead of the initial buy/sell. We must work that out to get better market executions with our trades.

I had pleasant experience. My goal now is to complete the 2nd phase challenge. This experienced really made me pay more attention to details. The rules made me make smarter choices namely what i couldn't afford lose(dollar wise) so I was locked in and more focused on the objective.

Fast service and discounts

Handled my concerns perfectly.
