Gestione dei resi decisamente discutibile e poca serietà.
Ho effettuato un reso a inizio mese, con conferma di avvenuta ricezione in data 12. Secondo le linee guida, il rimborso sarebbe dovuto avvenire entro 14 giorni. Tuttavia, il giorno 18 ho ricevuto una nuova email di "ricezione ordine" e, a quanto pare, il conteggio dei 14 giorni è stato fatto ripartire da quel momento. Questo modo di fare non è trasparente né professionale. Non sono affatto soddisfatta.

Amazing customer support
I have to share my great experience with Secrid Wallet customer care. I have used my wallet for years and it still worked well, but the cards were coming out too easily. Secrid paid to ship the wallet to them in Florida, made the repair and sent me back the wallet all within a week. I'm not used to being treated that well by a company. I am very pleased and give them 5 stars for sure. Thanks Secrid

Unzuverlässige Lieferung
Titel: Absolutes No-Go! Finger weg – Lieferversprechen nicht eingehalten
Ich habe mich hier bewusst gegen Amazon und für diesen Shop entschieden, in der Hoffnung, die Ware schneller zu bekommen. Das war ein riesiger Fehler! Bei Amazon wäre der Artikel nicht nur günstiger gewesen, sondern längst geliefert worden.
Versprochen war der Liefertermin für den 10. Juni. Heute ist der 13. Juni und die drei Artikel sind immer noch nicht da. Die Sendungsverfolgung steht seit Tagen still und vom Kundenservice kommt keinerlei proaktive Information. Wenn man die Lieferzeiten, die auf der eigenen Webseite angepriesen werden, nicht einhalten kann, sollte man zumindest den Kunden informieren.
Für mich das erste und das letzte Mal, dass ich hier bestellt habe. Kundenservice und Zuverlässigkeit sehen anders aus!

What a company I requested a repair for my wallet. I received an email the following morning that I should choose a new wallet up to the price of £69.95 and they would forward it to me. I chose one the following morning and it was with me two days later. Such fantastic customer service and the wallets are great too!

The Wallet of the 21st Century
This is the wallet of the 21st century. There are few products that stand out in my mind as truly amazing (NES, first computer, the original Ipod, browsing internet, and Secrid has made my list. It is a really simple but very well designed product. They are very well built; will last you for many years, and are so incredibly convenient I don't think I will ever use another wallet again. Hard currency will disappear in my lifetime, and I don't want everything on my phone. This is it. No need to look further.
