Wat leuk om te horen dat je jaren geleden de overstap hebt gemaakt van een dikke portemonnee naar een Secrid en sindsdien niet meer anders wilt. Geweldig ook dat je nieuwe wallet niet nodig was omdat de oude versleten was, maar gewoon omdat je zin had in een andere kleurcombinatie. Hoi Jan, Bedankt dat je de tijd hebt genomen om je ervaring te delen. Jammer om te horen dat de MagSafe kaarthouder niet aan je verwachtingen voldoet en dat de kaarten niet soepel uitschuiven, waardoor het lastig is om de juiste kaart te pakken. Dat is natuurlijk niet de ervaring die we willen bieden. Dit probleem heb ik nog niet eerder voorbij horen komen, en we zullen het product dan ook controleren wanneer het retour is gekomen. We begrijpen daarom ook dat je hebt besloten om de kaarthouder te retourneren en waarderen je eerlijke feedback. Die nemen we mee om onze producten te blijven verbeteren. Gentile Michela, Ci dispiace molto leggere che la tua esperienza non abbia soddisfatto le aspettative e comprendiamo la tua delusione. Lo Slimwallet può contenere fino a 12 carte, ma quando viene utilizzato con il numero massimo di carte, lo spazio disponibile per le banconote è naturalmente più limitato. Con l'uso, però, la pelle si ammorbidisce leggermente e si adatta al contenuto del portafoglio, offrendo nel tempo un po' più di spazio. Ci dispiace inoltre che, essendo il prodotto personalizzato, non sia stato possibile effettuare il reso.
