Jezus wat een slechte wallet. Echt prutsen om mijn pasjes eruit te krijgen toen die het begaf.

I love the look of this wallet and wanted it to actually work. I've had two and I'm done. I've now had two cards fall out of the wallet, which forces me to cancel all auto pays and start over. I've never had a card fall out of a wallet until this one. The mechanism is a great idea, it just doesn't hold well.

Not quite two years ago, in the fall of 2022, I happened upon a Secrid wallet in a favorite mens store. I wasn't sure if the asking price was worth the cost of admission and wanted to do a bit a research, plus it was nearly Christmas. Santa must not have heard me, so I ordered the Premium Mini Wallet the day after Christmas. After receiving my order and several months of use, I was deeply impressed with the quality and the truth in advertising found in the Secrid website. The company speaks of quality workmanship and craftsmanship, and I was happy to be holding their product. It worked flawlessly, as advertised. A few weeks ago, a few credit cards started to fall out of the slot. I wanted to get it repaired, it seemed like the felt on the sides was worn a bit, I like to fix things, not throw them away. I wrote to Secrid and asked for guidance, and to my surprise the prompt reply indicated they were sending a new wallet and requested the old one be returned for their quality control department to investigate. No questions asked. I'm writing to say the customer service is amazing, the product is definitely worth the price, and I am a Secrid fan for life. Buy one, or several, you will never find a better wallet or caring company! Thank you Secrid.

Compre la billetera en el 2021, registre el producto segun sugiere el productor en linea, sin saber el impacto. Hace dos dias mi protector de tarjetas de credito se despego de la billetera, y contacte al servicio al cliente buscando alguna opcion de algun proveedor para pegarlo nuevamente bajo mi costo. Hoy recibi un email confirmando que mi billetera aun mantiene garantia, y que me van a cambiar la billetera por una nueva! Un soporte sobre el producto realmente espectacular, excedio mis expectativas, el producto es muy bueno y el soporte detras de el es aun mejor.

Tijdje geleden was mijn miniwallet gevallen, waarbij de knop van het mechaniek afbrak. Gezien de leeftijd van mijn wallet,(7+ jaar) even provisorisch bruikbaar gemaakt. Om later een nieuwe aan te achaffen. Gisteren per toeval op de deaigner outlet roermond langs hun stand, en natuurlijk even kijken voor een vervanger. Medewerker verteld wat er was gebeurd. DeE vrowg me of hij het ewna kon zien. 5 minuten later had ik een volledig werkende wallet, als service, zonder kosten. Zoiets kom je nog maar zelden tegen.
