I bought a Secrid wallet six years ago. It has been a constant companion ever since, and is well travelled and much loved. Recently I dropped it onto a hard floor - not for the first time. As a result the lever mechanism failed. I was delighted to find that Secrid repaired it for me, by post. The process was fast and flawless. Not only that, the company did not charge me for the repair, even though it is so long since I bought it. Over the last several years I have bought three other Secrid wallets for family members. Each wallet has been excellent.

Miniwallet ziet er leuk uit. Maar bij gebruik van de coin insert maakt dat de wallet veel dikker en deze geeft een duidelijke afdruk, terwijl geadverteerd wordt dat dit niet zal gebeuren. Doordat de wallet dikker wordt, moet ik echt trekken aan het lipje met het knoopje om de wallet te sluiten. Het lijkt allemaal net te nipt te zijn. Bij gebruik van de coin insert kan je ook geen extra kaarten meer wegsteken achteraan, anders krijg je de wallet gewoon niet meer dicht. Dat klantenservice binnen 24u zou antwoorden klopt ook niet, ik wacht al een week op antwoord. Dat wordt dan maar gewoon een retour en ik bestel elders... Jammer voor een product dat toch wel redelijk stevig geprijsd is.

Het registreren van mijn Segrid cardprotection Wallet vind ik niet duidelijk. Nadat ik met moeite de code overgenomen had, stopte de informatie wat ik verder moest doen. Hoe weten jullie nou dat die code van mij afkomstig is? Moet ik naar de winkel van aankoop terug? Heel onduidelijk allemaal! Op hoop van zegen dan maar.
