Great Communication, Trusting
Shane was super helpful and responded within 2 days every time. I ordered Prime One Goku and he was able to help me with the process of paying and receiving it. I could not be any happier with the service. If i could give more stars I would. Package came in with no breaks super fast shipping with precise tracking. Thanks a lot.

Shane and the Secret Compass team is very responsive in emails. Quick to answer questions, provide assistance and some flexibility around payments. Once the item was in stock and final payment was made, it was shipped the following day and arrived without issue. Very happy with this entire (my first) transaction. Would highly recommend and would definitely purchase from them again!!

Faultless Service
I’d been after the Prime1Studio Doom Slayer Statue for while but sold out everywhere. I stumbled across SecretCompass who had one in stock. I was a bit nervous parting with a large some of money being based in the UK and not using this company before. I needn’t have worried as the communication was first class and prompt. Item arrived earlier than expected with no issues whatsoever. Will definitely be my go to for future purchases.

I have dealt with this company several times in the past for one sixth scale high-end figures and the higher-end prime 1 statues. Shane is the man!
Shane is the man! Great communication. In the collectibles, half of getting new pieces is the experience you get when buying. As I get older, I want to fuss less with larger retailers who offer promos and rewards programs but I’d rather deal with someone who is solid and will look out for you. I’ve found two retailers that I stick with. Secret Compass is definitely one and you find one that works for you, stay loyal.
