SeautorobotsReviews of seautorobots.com

The experience in purchasing the power supply was an easy one. What I did not enjoy is purchasing another power supply in less then 3 months after I purchased my cordless vacuum- and for a third of the cost of the entire vacuum! Insane. Now I have to wit to clean my pool until it gets here. Not happy.

I have sent many emails about 'left traction motor failure' and then the Shark totally dying. I have called a dozen times to have my call returned once where 'Ann' stated that I would have an email for the tracking number of my replacement 'within a couple days'; that was a week ago. I loved my Shark when it worked for the first 4 months, but it has been dead for the last month and their customer service is hiding. Don't waste your money with this company.

I couldn’t find your sight, sent an email to address in my manual, received a quick response and ordered what I needed. Thanks!!

Great experience

You can Make a better product quality vise! Also, your warranty is for crap, I guess because of your quality issues!

this company is fraud . Bought a robot for pool which stopped working in two months . no one in my area fixes china made items . this item was and is u set warranty but this company is playing games now for 6 months saying they don’t have another one ! so send me a different one ! hoping after amazon does their investigation they will be banned from selling .

my question was answered in just a few seconds and they helped me with everything I asked. Great customer service !!

The aftercare customer support is great! I had a problem with the unit, they diagnosed the problem remotely, offered solution to correct it, and now we are all sorted out. Thank you again
