My nightmare with this Seauto robot reached its peak this summer (July), when the unit completely broke down after minimal use. Just like many other cheated customers have pointed out, their product quality is absolute garbage. Worse than the premature hardware failure is their pathetic, ghost customer service. I submitted their online warranty form and sent multiple emails back then, and their response was absolute silence. They deliberately ignore you, refuse to honor any warranty, and leave you completely stranded with a broken machine. They are selling defective products and running away from their responsibilities. Do not waste your money on this brand. Zero quality, zero ethics, and zero customer support. Stay as far away as possible!

Guys don't buy it don't waste your time don't waste money. This robot was gone after 6 weeks of work. Waterproofness is only ip68 so the water gets inside easyly. Obviously AliExpress seller didn't give a damn about me, so I took it apart and the board was covered with water from condensation. After cleaning it, was working fine to the nextime 2-3 weeks after. I did the same thing again. And it happens every 2weeks. This machine is a piece of crap. Same as the facturer, never got response from them.

It worked fine until it didn't after 8 months. I filed a warranty claim online with them and got no response. I sent an email with no response. I called in and got their call center agent, but they haven't followed up. This is clearly a cheap Chinese company. Fortunately I bought an extended warranty and am making progress on getting it fixed.

Very poor quality. The robot broke after 10 months; it doesn't work at all anymore. The website claims there is a one-year warranty, but I don't believe a word of it, because they simply don't respond. So, don't buy anything here.

When I first purchased the Crab Sea Auto a couple of years ago, I noticed it would either operate in one area, or would navigate in a haphazard manner: there was no rhyme or reason to its movements. I resigned its usage as a once over device to pick up small debris at the bottom of the pool after I vacuum the pool manually, which actually defeats the purpose of purchasing the device in the first place. It hardly picks up a whole leaf due to the positioning of its internal one-way flap, which likely blocks the leaf from entering the canister. I once read from an owner on another review that he had actually removed the flap, but I didn’t want to do that because I didn’t want the debris captured in flap to float out.

Un año y una semana después de mi compra, las baterías ya no funcionan y el servicio posventa es pésimo. No lo recomiendo.

This company sent a bad battery to me. It failed within 45 days and a company representative said this $172 item was past the 30 days and would not help me!!

DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT!! Worse experience ever, worked for 5 months and then just died. Customer support is non existent.
