Not sure why there are so many negative reviews - at least I received my seats in 2 weeks. The chair is a little bit scratched but absolutely worth the price.

This company sucks for lack of a more fitting term! DO NOT buy from them. Products are not in the condition, they advertise, they are not at all timely in delivery or response. They ship you defective/broken products (twice even!) and charge you a restocking fee which is not a small percentage! Mine was 100 to restock a broken chair. This is outrageous.*** In reply to your response*** Yes you did charge me 99.80 for restocking. My refund was 99.80 less than my purchase price and was told it was a restocking fee. Your first chair arrived damaged...then the replacement chair arrived defective. I tried working with your company to resolve it (over 60 emails). Your company could not guarantee me a "returned to new condition" (as advertised) on the 3rd chair so I requested a refund vs an additional replacement and who knows what kind of condition that would be in. This review is not unfair. It is honest and warranted. What is unfair is charging a restocking fee for a chair that should never have been shipped out in the first place.

Ordered a discontinued, refurbished Knoll Chadwick chair for a very good price (about 2/3 off list). Shipping was promised within 7-14 business days. It arrived on day 10 in excellent condition, though without even a knock on the door -- the box just got dumped on my stoop without announcement except for an email 45 minutes later. All parts were in the box, protected with bubble wrap, but there weren't any assembly or operating instructions. The necessary documentation can easily be found online, though, so this is a minor criticism. I would do business with this company again.

Allow me to pile on with another bad review. I ordered a $525 Herman Miller Chair on May 3, 2020. I regularly checked my order status and consistently saw only "Processing". On July 1, 2020 I concluded they had forgotten or misplaced my order and sent them an email inquiry. They said they would send my ship my order soon. I no longer trusted them to do so and therefore I requested that, if they hadn't yet shipped the chair, they cancel the order and I would purchase a chair elsewhere. They did cancel my order, but then charged me a $50 order cancellation fee. So on top of terrible service (2 months of order "processing") they kept $50 for all the "work" they did on my behalf. Stay clear. There are better choices.

I bought a chair. Moments later I requested to cancel so I could reorder using a different card. I immediately reordered. My first card was already charged and said it would take 7 days for refund. I waited 1 month and still no refund on a chair never shipped. After one month I get a refund but not the full amount. They still charged a restocking fee on original order. If you are looking at doing business with this company forget about them and look elsewhere. Worst customer service possible.

Great product and great price. Communication about the order status was sub-par, but once the chair arrived it is great.

Absolutely horrible experience! Don't order from these guys. I understand that we are in the midst of a global pandemic it's very challenging for companies but the lack of communication on the status and delivery of my chair was just horrible. I was told shipping processing could take 2-3 weeks. I ordered the chair on May 31 and it arrived on JULY 7. Not only that, the chair that arrived was the WRONG CHAIR. I ordered a white chair and they sent a black one. For $500 spent I would expect better service. This is JUST HORRIBLE service. Additionally, the chair that arrived, had no instructions for adjustment, no packing slip, no easy way to return it. AND IT SMELLED of smoke. I wrote to ask for a replacement and was offered NO compensation. ABSURD. Don't go with these guys. I'll be going Herman Miller directly.

They charge you 20% when you request a refund no matter how soon you make the request and just call that "restocking fee". What kind of restocking is needed just minutes after the order is made. Also they don't make this clear in their refund/order cancelation policy either, if anything it's just a way to exploit people and take as much money from them as possible when their customer changes their mind.
