Great service! Thanks to Anne for the support and the late check-out as we had a late flight. Would always recommend to book here!

I rarely leave negative reviews, but unfortunately this was one of the worst Airbnb experiences we’ve had. The villa was not presented in a clean or guest-ready condition. Throughout our stay we encountered repeated cleanliness issues, maintenance problems, broken equipment, poor housekeeping, electrical faults and multiple cockroaches inside the property. We spent a significant portion of our holiday reporting issues, coordinating cleaners and technicians, and following up on problems rather than enjoying our time away. We were travelling with a young baby, which made the situation even more concerning. Despite raising issues promptly and repeatedly, new problems continued to arise throughout the stay. The final straw was finding another cockroach crawling around the kitchen area near our baby’s belongings. While the management company was responsive to messages, the reality is that a holiday property should not require this level of intervention from guests. We booked a holiday, not a property management project. Based on our experience, I would not stay here again and would strongly encourage future guests to carefully consider whether this property management company meets their expectations, particularly if travelling with children or expecting a clean, stress-free stay. They also pay others to write fake reviews.

We had the most incredible stay. The house itself is perfect - spacious, neat and tidy, and cool in the heat. It was equipped with everything we needed for our stay. It is in a fantastic location in a secure estate, with a lovely view within the marina, which was very quiet and tranquil while we were there. It is not too far from the airport, and conveniently located to wonderful beaches, and some great restaurants and shops. We arranged a dolphin boat excursion through contacts provided via the listing, and it was one of the most memorable days of our trip, truly an amazing experience. They were highly communicative and organised, and checked in with anything we needed throughout our stay. Couldn’t recommend more! Thank you for a very special holiday.

We recently booked a villa with Sealodge Mauritius and had a wonderful experience from start to finish. The booking process was smooth and straightforward, and communication before our arrival was always prompt and helpful. When we arrived, Céline personally welcomed us and took the time to show us around the villa. She was friendly, professional, and made us feel comfortable right away. The villa itself was exactly as described: clean, well maintained, and clearly looked after with great care. Everything was ready for our arrival, and we immediately felt at home. It was the perfect place to relax and enjoy our stay. What we appreciated most was the attention to detail and the peace of mind that came with knowing everything had been properly organised. From booking to check-out, the entire experience was seamless. A big thank you to Céline for her hospitality and for making our stay such an enjoyable one. We would happily recommend Sealodge Mauritius to anyone looking for quality villa accommodation in Mauritius and would not hesitate to book with them again.
