Straight forward and to the point. I was offered a great product at a great discounted price...to help dignify women's lives.

Dellana, "to help dignify women's lives" is a better description of what we're trying to do here than anything written on our own website. Thank you for seeing it that way. I hope it serves you well. 🤍 Sophie SculptHer Team

"With a happy attitude, which is saying a lot these days" made us laugh here, mostly because of how true it is of so many places now. We'd much rather be the exception. Thank you for noticing. 💝 Sophie SculptHer Team

I just ordered pelvic trainer. Victoria, from Sculpt Her, texted me very quickly Y. She answered all my questions and explained the use of this product.
Response from SculptHerOct 23, 2026
Sandra, Victoria will be so pleased to read this. Questions about something this personal deserve a quick answer, not a ticket number and a three day wait. Your trainer is on its way. Anything at all comes up, she's right there. Sophie SculptHer Team

I got a text from Victoria at SculptHer about order I made about 6 hours ago. She gave me info about using the “trainer” or “probe” and ways that can improve the effectiveness of this device. She said I could get a lube that can improve my success and comfort with the process. Discount price and will come with the others items in my package. I’m glad to have our time together! Thanks Victoria!
Response from SculptHerOct 23, 2026
Sue, that's Victoria all over. She would far rather spend ten minutes with you before your first session than have you work it out alone afterwards. She's right about the lubricant too. It makes more difference to comfort than almost anything else women ask us about. Enjoy the package when it lands. 🤍 Sophie SculptHer Team

Thank you so much, and I'm hoping right alongside you. Give it a few weeks before you judge it, and be gentle with yourself in the meantime. We're here if anything at all comes up. 💗 Sophie SculptHer Team
Carole
They communicate the minute you place an order. Then follow thru .
Response from SculptHerOct 23, 2026
Carole, short and exactly what we're aiming for. Communicating is the easy part. Following through is the bit most companies quietly drop. Thank you for noticing we did both. 🤍 Sophie SculptHer Team

I just got it. I used it last night for my first time it pulsates inside of you. And I can use it a few times a week maybe 10 to 15 minutes a day so at this time I do not know how it will work, but I just hope it’ll work as soon as I use it more. can’t wait till I see some results. I am excited. I will keep a calendar to see how long it takes. I will report back and let you know.
Response from SculptHerOct 23, 2026
Mary, I love that you're keeping a calendar. Progress with this is gradual enough that it's easy to miss day to day, and the women who track it are usually the ones who spot it first. Ten to fifteen minutes a few times a week is a perfectly good place to begin. Please do come back and tell us how you get on, I'd genuinely like to know. 💗 Sophie SculptHer Team

I ordered the Sculther and received When I saw it advetised on Shark Tank I ordered and received First line on the directions READ don't use if you have a inplant I have a implant I have called and written numerous text I have not used and will not use I would like to return and get my $149.oo back Cant seem to get an answer
Response from SculptHerOct 23, 2026
Susie, you did exactly the right thing. If you have an implant then this device is not for you, and I'm glad you read the directions properly before using it rather than after. Please email [email protected] and tell them you have an implant and that the device is unused. The women on our support team will look after you from there. Sophie SculptHer Team
