Donna, if your doctor told you not to use it, then please don't. That comes first and it's not something you need to justify to us. You also shouldn't be left sitting on a box you can't use. I've requested your contact details through Trustpilot so I can reach out to you personally and go through your order with you. Please keep an eye out for it. The tracking says AVAILABLE FOR PICK UP…
The tracking says AVAILABLE FOR PICK UP on 9-18-26 but my post office does not have it. I emailed the company to see if they can find it.

Zee, that's fair. You haven't tried it yet, so there's nothing to judge it on. Most women need about 4 to 6 weeks of regular use before they notice much, so giving it three months is a good plan. It's taken a few weeks for me to notice…
It's taken a few weeks for me to notice a difference and I can feel a change as well. Mine stopped working and I won't buy another one in the meantime watch the lube auto order, I have way too much.

Disapointed , I was lied to
I It seems that the products are great, But I have much to say about the customer service when it comes to getting questions answered, it took way too long to get answers from questions I had, from any of the people from this company . They would rather pawn it off to saying . The answers are on our website.. When my questions were not on the website. Where is customer service when you need them. They'd rather pawn it off , so they don't have to do the work. .. I"m not impressed.. but I'm glad I FINALLY got my questions answered !.. I"m Very Disappointed, that my questions did get answered finally .. but the person that answered my question, actually lied to me .. When I asked if the Red light wand , if it had a magnetic charging , or if it had a plug in charge.. they told me it had a plug in.. they obviously did not know anything about the product, and just answered what I wanted to hear.. so I'd purchase the product.. I did not want a magnetic charging red light vibrator wand.. I wanted a plug in charge .. it was a lie! they told me it was a plug in !!

Defective product
I purchased the product through their Amazon store and it seems to turn off every time I try to increase the level so far it’s at a level three and continues to blink so I’m not sure if it’s actually working I don’t feel anything I can’t get it past the level three without shutting off 😩

Hi Lydia, I'm sorry. If it shuts off every time you go above level three, and you can't even tell whether it's working, that's worth checking. That's fair, and thank you for saying it plainly. Nobody should feel like they have to hunt for the "no thanks" button. To be clear, the only subscription is for the optional Silk Glide Lube, not the device, and you can remove or cancel it anytime. The offers after checkout are optional too. Hi Laura, I'm sorry. Finding a monthly charge you didn't want is not a good surprise. The $14.95 is for the optional Silk Glide Lube subscription.
