I ordered the Sculther and received When I saw it advetised on Shark Tank I ordered and received First line on the directions READ don't use if you have a inplant I have a implant I have called and written numerous text I have not used and will not use I would like to return and get my $149.oo back Cant seem to get an answer

I can not give a review in regards to product. But their customer service and business practices are horrible. I placed an order a couple of days ago for one $149 item. When I was completing my moms purchase her card would not go through due to security verification her new card was requiring. Prior to that knowledge I thought something was wrong with site, so i tried again for her with same card. After 2nd decline I called card company for and made aware of verification need. I then needed to use another card. So I went to the site and placed order with a new card. Only had the 1 item in cart and processed payment and received confirmation. Not even an hour late I was looking at my email and seen that I had two separate order numbers, one going to my address and one with my moms address. I immediately tried to find a phone number to make them aware they had charged her twice on two separate orders and that she did not 2 devices. However, there is no phone number to call, only an email address. So I emailed the following: "Why am i showing 2 confirmation orders. I only need one order. The first time I attempted order my MC was not working. So I used another card after calling MC what was going on with my account. Can you please cancel Order #60708 ? I do not need two devices and it is not for me it is for my mother. It also her card number not mine. Thank you" and today I have finally received a response 2 days later. With this response: "Thank you for reaching out! We understand that you would like to cancel your order while you take some time to learn more about the product. We will check with our team to see if cancellation is still possible. However, please note that cancellation is not guaranteed and will depend on the current processing status of your order. We appreciate your understanding and will do our best to assist you with your request. This email is a service from SculptHer. Delivered by Zendesk" I have now responded with the following and reason I am here posting a review: "That is not what I said nor is it the problem. One of the orders should not have been charged. I only ordered one item. Your company has charged me twice on two separate orders. If I wanted 2 items I would have put 2 items in my cart and the order would have had one order number. As you can see you issued 2 order numbers. I only need one and that needs to be refunded. I am putting this issue on Trust Pilot. Also for your company not to have a customer service number to call is a horrible business practice. " If this company is going to have an online site and no contact phone number then they should have a site that is going to ensure charges are correct, and that emails are being checked all the time. As my email stated, if I wanted 2 devices I would have ordered on the same order. I also would not have emailed right away of it had been intentional.

They sent me the wrong product and have refused to process a return or refund. It was very expensive and I am extremely dissatisfied with their customer service. I have had to follow up with them multiple times over the course of many weeks asking for a refund/return. They have repeatedly asked me for the same information and even when I have given them all supporting documentation they have requested such as photos of the product, my order number, my contact info, etc. they simply do not respond to me until I send them another unhappy email and then they request more of the same information I've already provided. Do not buy their products. It's not worth it.

I have been told by my doctor I cannot use this product. I have been told regardless of whether it is unopened or not I cannot return for refund. What type of business is this? I would definitely recommend you DO NOT do business with this company,

Terrible, weak plastic, 2 batteries required, needs usb rechargeable, not enough vibration, cheap materials for price!!!

I don't expect this review to be left here but the first session was nothing at all. The next time I received a shock, jerked the device out immediately and needless to say have no intentions of ever using it again. FORGET the 30 day woman to woman help. The reply I am getting is a pure we don't care. We have your money and you have no guarantee to fall back on. $150 GONE EXTRA INFO = I want to add additional comments about my experience. A very nice concerned woman named Sophie contacted me about my problem. She has since issued a full refund and is double checking every possible way this occurred. My many thanks to a wonderful employee who actually cares. DON'T EVER LOSE HER!!!!

This COMPANY is the worst. I received a broken product back in JUNE...it is now OCTOBER, and despite of emails sent back and forth for weeks with weeks in between responses from them it has yet to be resolved. Not only did I send a video of the broken product, I also sent screen shots of money being debited out of my account for 2 months. I'm sorry I ever order from these people. They SUCK.... PLEASE DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING THERE PRODUCT IS CHEAP AND NOT WORTH THE 149.95 THAT YOU PAY!!!!

Horrible company. 7 months and I still cannot get a replacement order or a refund on an order that I never received. That the company is aware never arrived. 0 stars DO NOT RECOMMEND at all.
