No service and monthly payment dont work.
They have good courses, but their abn. solution, with monthly payment does not work at all (from Denmark). I have activated my Paypal account and paid, but still no access to Premium Subscription, and already first time and now when it should go automatic. Customer-service write, "it will happen automatic", no it dont. And if I have to fight every month I will find another place. Bad customer care and service in general
answer for reply: I already payed with Paypal, like first time. Do you want me to pay one more time ?? I triede the link you sent to me before, first time in January and now again, in dont work. I sent my reciept for paymen to the ticketsystem and directly to you by mail.

SCRUMstudy - Global Accreditation Body for Scrum and Agile Certifications , Vmedu.Jo , @Getcertnow all these are fake and scam organization don't enrol for any courses from them. Not recognised by any top IT company TCS, Infosys, IBM, Accenture, Capgemini, Wipro etc. So whatever this fake company suggests don't ever fall prey to their false information. A legitimate company have 85% cancellation fee in the name of refund. Wow we are so foolish and you people are so smart.
Response from SCRUMstudyFeb 10, 2023
Dear Sourya,
This review is factually incorrect. SCRUMstudy’s 2100+ Authorized Training Partners provide multiple options including a full refund to the students in case of any issues and the refund request falls under the terms and conditions. Read through the cancellation policy listed by some of our top A.T.P.s:
Cancellation Policy (if student opt for a refund) : Cancellation within 12 days of the course commencement date: There will be an 85% cancellation fee and all refunds will be processed, and payments made to students within 30 days of receipt for a course cancellation request.
Cancellation within 5 days of the course commencement date: No money is refundable. We do understand that sometimes things do not go as per plan. In case you are not able to attend a particular program because of some changes in plan, we recommend that you reschedule the class rather than cancelling it completely.

Don't be fooled by all of the fake 5…
Don't be fooled by all of the fake 5 star reviews. ScrumStudy has a habit of creating false reviews (look at this book on Amazon). The SBOK is NOT affiliated in anyway with Scrum, and indeed the creators of Scrum have pushed back on this guide as everything that is wrong with doing Scrum.
The authors are NOT know in the Agile/Scrum community, and all seasoned agile coaches and scrum master do not promote Scrum Study or this book.
I'm not a 'competitor'; I'm an Agile Coach who has extensive experience in the industry and know that very few experienced practitioners support ScrumStudy. NONE of the original signatories to the Agile Manifesto support ScrumStudy, and their response to every negative review is the same 'cut and paste' answer. Form your own opinion.
Response from SCRUMstudyDec 29, 2022
This is a factually wrong statement, most probably made by a competitor of SCRUMstudy™. The Amazon reviews being referred to are pretty outdated and a decade old. We suggest checking the current reviews/feedback on Amazon that clearly state why the SBOK® Guide is rated 4.3/5.
The SBOK® Guide was developed as a means to create a necessary guide for organizations and project management practitioners who want to implement Scrum, as well as those already doing so who want to make needed improvements to their processes. It is based on experience drawn from thousands of projects across a variety of organizations and industries. The contributions of many Scrum experts and project management practitioners have been considered in its development.
The SBOK® Guide Fourth Edition adds to the collective contributions of experts in Scrum and project delivery. In particular, feedback from the global Scrum community played a large role in identifying improvements and additions to the SBOK® Guide. Its development has truly been a collaborative effort from a large number of experts and practitioners in a variety of disciplines
