SCRUMstudyReviews of scrumstudy.com

I just recently passed my SPOC exam. The on-line training was fine and convenient. My biggest complaint, and to me this is a very BIG complaint, is that after spending the time to take the class ScrumStudy provided NO SEU's for the course. All other training providers I looked at granted between 14-17 SEU's for taking the course. For that reason I would NOT recommend getting your Scrum Project Owner Certification through this training company.

Good experience & great learning on some decent price.

I did the test in Portuguese, and many questions had the wrong translation, or incomplete, or missing part of the question. The see question button in English did not appear 4 or 5 times so I had to guess the question.

The same as the another person wrote here, my company card use used to charge me for 35$ for the subscription. Although 'subscrtiption charges' were mentioned somewhere along the process, I didn't notice it. It seems that you are continuously being charged for subscription till you explicitly remove it. Based on the useful comment on this site, I managed to understand that this charge was done for the subscription fee. I'm happy that American Express informed me on the charging on time. Eventually I have received my refund after contacting their customer support (it took a few back and forth interactions).

The course seemed too pre-recorded with no ability to speak directly with the instructor.

Thought the classes taken were beneficial for my purposes. Although not considered recognized in the Scrum/Agile community the information in the Scrum Master and Agile courses are relevant and will open doors for you and increase pay. The Scrum Certification course was challenging and the fundamentals were informational. I'm happy with the result the courses provide on paper. Now the reason I gave them three stars was due to the performance of their back office and support. Setting up testing using GMT is confusing and courses sometimes disappear that you've paid for causing grief. However, these issues were resolved and the classes provide maximum flexibility in taking the courses (up to a year). Note, if you miss a scheduled test it will cost you 50 dollars to reschedule and sometimes the site says the payment didn't go through but actually does. Check your account before trying to pay online again. Overall I'm satisfied with their operation so far.
