Horrible lying company!!! I bought their “lifetime” pro version and not only did I always have trouble loading it (it constantly needed updates and would force me to log into the website and even then refuse to open) a few years later they wrote and told me I needed to pay them: I ALREADY DID!! Why did I have it for three-four years without payment if I had t already bought the lifetime membership!!! She said there was no membership associated with my email then abruptly cancelled my account. I was so freaking mad , if it was worth the time I’d take them to small claims but it’s not, I’m just going to find a better screen recorder that opens better with better features and oooohhhhh I’ll never use this company again
