If I could give less stars I would. This has been 3 years now. I bought the Bastille dining table. And 4 chairs. The table base arrived damaged. I tried several times getting in touch when them to fix it or send a new one. They also failed to mention you must finish the dining top - it comes unfinished and WILL ABSORB EVERYTHING AND STAIN, even water. It looks like I’ve had the table for 3947 years not 3. The customer service requests went unanswered and they never once offered a valid solution to any of the issues.

Diana was wonderful to work with throughout the entire process. She went above and beyond for my client and me.

I love my chairs from S+N… however, there was an issue with one of them and the customer service, attention to details and follow up has been phenomenal! Thank you Diana Harris for excellent customer service - it truly matters!

Buying furniture in the crazy time of COVID has been tough. You need a good design partner to help you traverse all the manufacturing delays, logistics follow-ups, and delivery delays. Scout & Nimble is the absolute best. They've been very responsive and on top of navigating all my deliveries through the logistics maze.

The painting looks fine however the pink color is not as light as it looks online, in fact the pink feels like it has some orange in it almost (not as orange as the burnt orange but definitely not a light pink, almost a peach color. Bummer as I was really looking forward to a happy bit of pink and that's not quite it so just FYI.

We had excellent service with scout and nimble. We bought four slipcovered dining chairs and they were communicative through the whole back order process and shipped them promptly. When they arrived they looked AMAZING. Easiest process I’ve ever seen with a furniture company will continue to do business with them.

Item came in damaged and with the help of Diana, everything was handled in a professional and fair way. Thank you so much for making this one less headache!
