I was able to get wines shipped to me that were not able to be shipped to my state after speaking with the customer service agent.

I called because I ordered the Memorial Day Special. My order was missing one bottle so I called customer service. The person I spoke with was courteous and said that I would receive a credit on my account toward my next order. Excellent customer service.

I was trying to help a customer redeem credits and Support was able to locate the information quickly. Thank-you.

I called because a customer's wine club order was processing and they were in Europe for 2 weeks. I asked to cancel the order and was told since it was processing they would try but may not be able to but if they couldn’t cancel it they assured me they could have the order diverted to my house, took down my info and told me I would receive an email confirming all of this. No email or communication from them in a week and today the shipping info updated for the order and it’s out for delivery to my customer’s house. Not happy, terrible customer service and as a consultant it makes me look bad too even though I called and tried to fix the issue.
