Scottsdale MintReviews of scottsdalemint.com

This company scottsdale mint is a scam of they are shady I ordered 2 weeks ago no tracking number I have ordered from 10 other places an have got my orders by the next week please ppl do not buy anything from them I am calling my credit card holder for fruad an we need to start a class action lawsuit an warn ppl an put a site up so when you Google them the site comes up big scam I just got robbed by thin air dont buy from Scottsdale mint ever you feel dumb like me in limbo with your wife saying I told you so

They went above and beyond and helped me acquire an extra product for my 5 ounce stacker. They didn't have to do this. The round stackers are the most beautiful silver rounds anywhere. Yes, the shipping was a bit slower but this is due to the COVID situation.

Great group of people, excellent products, and 5 star service! The bullion Scottsdale produces is even more stunning in person. Keep doing what you guys are doing and I will keep stacking

Package arrived today. Silver looks amazing and is literally the best I have ever held. Buddy of mine said they were the Benz of Bullion and now I see why. Was patient to have it arrive in about the estimated time. Made in America too.

Great site, really good deals on bullion. On time delivery with estimates provided. Very pleased with my purchase. Thank you very much

Still haven't received my order. They are still trying to pull the "Corona Virus" delay, which is TOTAL B.S. Maybe it wouldn't be so bad if they returned phone calls, answered emails, or weren't continuously making up delay excuses. If you try to leave a voice mail, it's not possible because you will get a "voice mail box is full" message. WHO RUNS THEIR COMPANY LIKE THIS?

My experience is much like the other low ratings. I ordered silver from the Scottsdale mint 8 weeks ago. I've heard nothing from them other than an order confirmation. Too bad, I was looking forward to having the silver stackers. I get the fact that there is higher demand and COVID-19 is a disruption, but the Scottsdale Mint has done nothing to give me confidence they will ever fulfill my order. I do not agree that they are frauds like some of the other reviews, I think they are not prepared to handle the volume and have zero capacity to scale their business. They should not take new orders if they are incapable of fulfilling current orders. I do not recommend this company.

Update: Just hours after posting this review and emailing them at sales@ scottsdalesilver.com I’ve received a response email saying my order is on its way. Up until Now it’s just been posted as processing. So Maybe the package is coming!! Will update when the package arrives. Seems like everyone is having the same issue! I ordered in April and am still waiting. No communication. When I call, nobody answers and Can’t leave a voicemail because their inbox is full. Worried we may have been scammed.
