A very helpful app that saves a lot of time and effort, delivers authentic results, and makes research easier—highly recommended for researchers looking for gaps. I had an issue with my subscription; the support team was available with prompt replies and solutions. They clearly explained me everything and facilitated me. The customer service made my experience even better.

I ahve been double billed by Scispace. A yearly fee and monthly. There is no where to get all your receipts for services billed and no platform to get in touch with their customer service.

Thank you for your feedback, and we’re sorry about the double charge and the difficulty reaching us. We’d like to review your billing, so please email [email protected] with your account email and the link to this review, and we’ll look into it.

This is an absolutely horrible tool. It is literally a conning platform. For a supposed research - oriented AI to not even be able to write a literature review section before exhausting credits is shameful. Try GEMINI or JENNA ai. This platform is useless.

We’re sorry SciSpace didn’t work out for you, and thank you for sharing your feedback. Literature reviews are in-depth agent tasks that search and analyze many papers, so they use more credits than lighter tasks. This guide breaks down how usage works: scispace.com/guides/credits-pricing-guide For researchers who need more, our Advanced and Max plans now come with unlimited agent usage, so you can finish a full literature review without any hitting usage limits. Details are at scispace.com/pricing.

I want to sincerely thank the entire team for the excellent service, attention, and competence demonstrated. It was wonderful to have such dedicated, helpful, and careful professionals working with us. The way everyone conducted their work made all the difference and deserves my recognition. Congratulations to everybody on your commitment, cordiality, and excellent service.

Great platform with responsive support. I experienced an unexpected credit deduction that was confusing, but the support team took my concern seriously, conducted a detailed investigation, and resolved it fairly by reinstating my credits. Even though they couldn't identify the root cause, their commitment to customer satisfaction was evident. Would definitely recommend.

This means a lot, thank you! Our support team works hard to get things right, and we’re so glad it showed. Good news too: our Advanced and Max plans now include unlimited agent usage, so usage limits are no longer something to worry about. See the details at scispace.com/pricing.

My credits were fully used after only one prompt. Edit to reply to your reply: This does unfortunately not change that I lost over 100$ because I paid for your subscription and can’t do anything after a single prompt.

Thanks for the feedback, and we’re really sorry about the experience. Credit usage depends on the prompt: the number of papers, the year range, the report type, and the approach the agent takes, so an in-depth agent task uses more credits than a lighter one. This guide breaks down how usage works: scispace.com/guides/credits-pricing-guide We’ve also made changes since then to bring more value to researchers like you: our Advanced and Max plans now include unlimited agent usage, so credits are no longer a factor on agent tasks. You can see the details at scispace.com/pricing.
