I recently reached out to customer support regarding some confusion with my plan limits and an unexpected maintenance downtime while I was in the middle of my research. The support team responded very quickly. Not only did they resolve the system issues promptly, but they also informed me that my Advanced plan was upgraded to include unlimited credits! As a researcher, this is incredibly helpful and allows me to work without interruptions. Excellent customer service and a fantastic platform for literature review.

I don't like it when subscriptions are renewed without prior notice. That doesn't give the customer a chance to cancel the subscription beforehand. Refund without problems. The product is good. Addition: They refunded later without any questions!!
