All good, thanks. This past year has been very disruptive due to Covid issues so have not been able to utilise Kaplan's services as much as I would have liked. Hope to return to a "normal" study regimen in the near future.

Excellent material and companion on this journey. Also, Kaplan was very helpful and accommodating in making adjustments due to the Covid pandemic.

One thing I might add for someone like myself, is an option or instruction path for those who have already taken the exam and feel like they don't need too much help to get over the hump.

Needs a raincheck system in place for all the in-person cancelations in 2020 so when in-person sessions resume one can re-enroll.

I think Kaplan is good. However there is room for improvement in the area if substance considering the least category of candidates who require understanding in different dimensions

I paid $600 for in person review, this was provided online due to COVID. When it came time for the class to be held online my account would not allow me to access the live stream. I reached out to resolve the issue and was told that the review sessions would be archived since I did not have access at the scheduled time. After contacting support I still never received access. I paid $600 and Kaplan provided me with nothing.
