there are some errors in Qbank. Providers shall go through once before open them for use. As a user, I was wonder whether I am doing the debug and fix for them during trying the Qbank.

I didn't like the fact that I was not able to use the on-demand video that I paid for when I didn't have a strong internet connection.

The actual material and pedagogy is strong, however the delivery is very spotty. It has many tell-tale signs of a company more concerned with protecting their IP than they are with providing their users with a good experience. Video on the android app was frequently unwatchable - to the point where I would use wifi tethering with my laptop to view on a browser when on the train instead of directly on my phone. QBank quiz questions would also fail to render correctly in their app sometimes making numbers or figures unreadable and the question unanswerable. I tried altering fonts and sizes but the figures never rendered when I was patient enough to try it. Even on desktop browsers I would sometimes see video cut out or be unplayable in the Chrome browser. For an education program this expensive I was deeply disappointed with the delivery of the material, although when using enough workarounds to access the materials smoothly the material was generally strong and valuable.

Mock exam was not even close to the real thing. Explanations for questions were poorly developed. There were spelling and grammar errors which would be understandable had i not paid as much as i did for the program. The on demand videos were great and i liked my instructor. No clue on if i passed the exam yet so i cannot give more than 3 stars.

It would be worthwhile for Kaplan to hire someone to proofread the curriculum. Finding typos distracts from my learning.

The overall system is good, but the material for level 2 is simply not as good as level 1. The modules, questions and explanations are not always helpful or nearly as clear. At the price pt, it should be better.
