Highly recommend for CFA prep. Boils down curriculum to the essentials, with plenty of practice questions. Knowledgeable instructors.

My FRM exam delayed 3 times due to Covid. Kaplan offers extended online access to course material. This is a great help to candidates affected by the lockdown

Passed all 3 CFA levels on the first attempt without ever touching the CFAi material. Kaplan Schweser do a great job of focusing on the LOIs that are most likely to be tested come exam day. The material and the tutors delivering the live weekly online lessons and pre-exam masterclasses, are truly exceptional. It works!

I think Kaplan is a great company with fantastic teachers and resources. I also think they stand by their commitment and guarantee on a successful outcome. My only wish would be for them to work on their questions in terms of simulating what’s actually tested. (Particularly the length)

Overall this is a good product, but I didn't pay full price due to receiving a scholarship from my local CFA Society. Also, since our exams were postponed, Kaplan threw in A LOT of bonus materials for free, such as mock exams and their Master Classes. So I got so much material for little money. The Q-Bank is OK. There are a lot of questions, but I think they strayed from the materials and "spirit" of CFAI questions a lot of times. However, the master classes were good and I appreciated the extra mock exams. I didn't even open the Schweser books but did use their quick start guide a lot for reference and light studying. If you can get it on the cheap, do it. I don't think I would rate 4 stars if I paid full-price as the CFAI really gives you what you need. All that said, I'm really impressed that Kaplan did go so far above and beyond for the delayed test takers. That says something for their customer service.

Excellent service and they fully understand customer (student) needs.

Lots of tests and Qbank really useful for prep. The material and questions are designed to help you learn the topics. Would strongly recommend. Only thing to note is that practice questions really do help with learning the material but are not necessarily representative of the length or feel of the actual exam questions. I am also very happy with the customer service and the response time to questions/ errata etc.

Useless for real test.
