I thought that I bought services that will last until I pass the exam but rapidely was stopped without notice or any followup besides you have one instructor for major classes who is boring with no value added

Used Kaplan from L1 to L3. Unfortunately the quality has dropped a lot as I have progressed through the levels. No longer providing video lectures is a big issue and for L3 there is one instructor that just reads from slides or reads solutions verbatim so some video explanations add 0 value. Hope Kaplan can improve for the future but not sure I would suggest them to my friends anymore.

We appreciate you sharing your experience using our materials from Level 1 to Level 3. We're sorry to hear that our Level 3 instruction did not meet your expectations, especially regarding the video lectures and explanations. We'll review this feedback as we strive to improve our offerings. Jennifer Kaplan Customer Support

I was ultimately misled by the brand name and made the mistake of purchasing their premium package. I should have listened to the dozens of warnings on r/CFA. Their customer service is effectively nonexistent, shipping routinely takes weeks (even when you pay extra for overnight shipping) and the content is extremely expensive for what you receive. I was also misled by the “pass protection” offering, which they do not meaningfully honor despite marketing it as a commitment. At this point, I am reviewing the terms and conditions in detail and exploring potential legal remedies. There’s so many providers, just avoid Kaplan!

Helped me so much with studying! The master classes especially helped with the harder content. Then the huge question bank helped me feel comfortable with practicing how I need to use the content for answering questions
