We appreciate you sharing your experience and we're sorry the Level 2 material didn't meet your expectations, especially after a positive Level 1 experience. We value your feedback regarding the vignette length and perceived preparedness, and we'll address this to improve our materials. Jennifer Kaplan Customer Support

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We understand that the new layout separating the videos from the book materials may feel different and has caused some frustration. This change was part of a new design intended to make navigation easier in the long run, but we recognize it can take some getting used to. A senior agent will reach out to you to walk you through the new setup and ensure you can access everything smoothly. Thank you, Jennifer Kaplan Customer Support
