To begin with your resources are very helpful for studying. But for the last months the web site has been reccurringly unavailable for maintainenca reasons which has happening mostly on full Friday. This affects me very badly. Another point I want to mention is that in my LMS, in the studies section there were videos, which one day vanished. I asked for them twice, but I can not get any answer related to this issue. Also I have heard that there should be old Cfa writing questions in the portal and I asked about them, which I can not get any answer as well. I sadly think student support doesnt work well.

Very useful and comprehensive support material. Alltoghether combined I found the package I bought very good. I particularly appreciated the dashboard and learning planning tool as well as the Q-Bank. I will trust Kaplan Schweser for my further exam preparations. Thank you.

Very detailed course work and schedule. That is helpful. It would be great if the Schwesser application and webpage would work on IPhones.

bad client service, not very helpful, some material is irrelevant, not time efficient, the format of the exam has changed but not the service you offer... would not recomend for the price
