Kaplanlearn.com has been down repeatedly over the last days, just a week before the exams. This is not acceptable!

The website is very often unavailable in the last days, meaning you cant use this expensive product in the critical days just before your exam. Before going down the website slows down, so you are already wasting your time using it. The customer support is not available. Obviously they are trying to ignore the refund claims. When I bought the product, the mobile app (iOS) was also not available. I dont know if they fixed it, but its a great thing to advertise something on ur website, and then not providing it. The text books are good in my opinion. Without the print edition (coming with extra cost) you would be even more dependent on the website, which would be devastating.

The Kaplan Learn website has gone down repeatedly over the last week or so. My exam is in 4 days, and I am freaking out. They provided me with mock exams for my trouble. But guess what? When the site is down like this, I cannot access them! Totally useless. Never relying on this company again.

The site hasn´t been working for days now... Just a couple of days before the exam. I tried to contact them via phone and was waiting and waiting but nobody picked up. I wrote several e-mails but no answer either (just the standard answer that they give to all "valued customers"). This provider is definitely not worth the money.

The website has been down so often and so frequently I had time to really think about this review. First about the issue-the website has been down almost daily for the past 2-3 months. All that money spent on Mocks and QBanks? Might aswell flush it down the toilet because the probability of ever finishing a question set is next 0. Worst customer service The website goes down most frequently and for the longest on weekend. Of course Kaplan's is does not work on weekends (I would be surprised if anyone there ever works). But at least you can reach them mid week if you have about 1 to 2 hours to wait in a holding queue to then be told "Sorry we are working on it and it won't happen again". Timing of website crashes The website is crashing MORE often the closer you get to the exam date. All your mocks,qbanks or any other question sets there is a 90% you will be booted out in the middle of never to see your score or eval again. Hours wasted. DO NOT GO WITH KAPLAN. They are the worst provider of study materials I have ever dealt with. Can't wait for the bot (Jenny) to give me the usual response. If it doesn't crap out like their website.

Site hasn’t worked for a couple weeks now. Can’t do quizzes or access exams. Do not pay this much money for Kaplan.

During the main crunch period of revision prior to he CFA the website was down a considerable amount of the time and when it was working it is could just go down at any time. Considering the significant cost paid for this provider this isn't right. P.S. Kaplan please spare me a copy and pasted answer like given on numerous replies below if you actual consider me a valuable customer.

Bought the Kaplan Schweser CFA package for the CFA Lvl 1 - I am currently struggling to stay on schedule for the exam given that the website is not working properly. The questionnaires and exams are constantly loading but tend to show errors most of the time. While the content may be of high quality, this fact provides little comfort given that the content is not accessible most of the time.
