The customer service was useless
The customer service was useless, kept requesting a refund within the specified time period and they kept switching me from one representative to another for couple of days. Until the refund time frame has ended, then they notified me that i cant refund it. Absolutely piece of….

Level 3 - Pretty Solid Prep Provider
I have used Kaplan for Level 1 and Level 2 which allowed me to pass these levels on the first try. I just sat for the third exam, and I felt very confident going into it. Walking out of the exam, I feel like the overall exam went well, but the AM session is a sprint. I would recommend buying all of the supplemental Kaplan mocks as well as utilizing past CFA exams to practice writing the AM session and getting the timing down.

Concise material with effective quiz questions
Concise material with effective quiz questions. The online videos are helpful. While it is dense, it reads easier compared to the GARP books.

Very comprehensive.
The course material was comprehensive. And the tutor was great. I watched the lectures online. All the questions and videos tie up nicely with the learning objectives.

Late delivery of 2022 material
I was very upset with the fact that the 2022 review materials (print and online) were made available so late, in mid-March. My exam was in May and I signed up for the course in January. I had to wait 6-8 weeks for the updated material. As a result, I wasn’t able to complete my studying and I don’t think I passed my exam.

The material was definitely helpful and…
The material was definitely helpful and I would use it again to prepare for the exam. But the books and the online tool were published way too late and cost me valuable time and caused stress at the end of the preparing period. Additionaly the books hat many ink stains which does not make them less useful but at this price I don't expect that.
