Mobile applications should allow us to view and use content online. This is minimum expectation. And you failed to deliver on that. Further more, it was so difficult to access the material in easy to use pdf format, which meant that I couldn’t use my iPad to take notes and summarize content easily. This is by far my worst experience

I purchased Kaplan after trying to study on my own and coming out unsuccessful and I must say the Kaplan experience was definitely worth the buck. The scheduled learning, vast number of practice questions, simulated mock sessions and especially the videos were so helpful. I would recommend Kaplan any day

The material is clearly written with focus. Mock exams are very helpful in content, also give me clear estimate to my speed. The new simulate environment is extremely helpful.

I purchased the digital SchweserNotes for level 3 (May 2022) I failed and have to rewrite in February. When I tried to access my notes it expired. This is ridiculous given that those that purchased a hardcopy have lifetime access to their notes. The curriculum for 2023 hasn’t changed. How can you charge someone USD399 to regain access to their notes? *update: still no help. My order number: #26019061

I liked the set up and delivery of course material, feel the exams and quizzes could have been more difficult to better simulate the real exam

The videos are incredibly boring and skip steps you would need to know in order to solve the problems. The candidate resource center gives you all the same information for free anyway.

Really enjoyed my experience with Kaplan. The QBank was my favorite study tool as it paired each question with a video explaining the logic behind answering the question. I also really enjoyed the structure of the study materials that paired readings with videos of instructors going through the material.
