Excellent service, used for both levels of my CAIA study and for Level 1 could not speak of then higher, notes and practice questions were excellent. Used again for level 2 and much the same quality although some minor technical difficulties with the site at unoptimal times. Would highly recommend overall

I purchased the kaplan schweser when studying for the CAIA Level I exam. In my experience then, the materials came quickly and gave me enough time to prepare for the exam. In addition, the classes were live as well as the review workshops. Those two factors were key to my success in Level I exam. For the level II, however, my experience was quite different. First, the printed materials came quite late, leaving me little over 2 months to prepare for the exam. That was not the best but I was able to study from the pdfs although in my case that is much more inefficient. What I really think was a downgrade from level I was the classes and workshops. For level II were on demand, having Greg Filbeck pretty much reading the slides. That didn't add any value in my opinion to the notes and was definitely a huge downgrade from live lessons and workshops, and given that the price paid is the same, the kaplan schweser notes don't seem to be a good value anymore. All the rest was great, as usual, the study planner is really useful, as well as the qbank (although several questions were wrong). Had the classes and workshops been live, it would have been a 5 stars experience.

Material was not provided timely, I believe the package I signed up for was to have on demand videos and was told that was not the case after the fact. Was very loyal to Kaplan when going through the CFA, and extremely disappointed to be let down for the CAIA program.

Looks like the portal is very slow again. Many people had this issue last year. Also, Kaplan were very slow to grant access to the portal when I wanted to start studying in December.
