Pittsburg Style or Black and Blue steaks are a breeze on the Blazing Bull. 90 seconds per side is perfect for a 1 1/4 inch, pre-salted, room temperature ribeye. I was previously cooking over a charcoal starter to get this kind of heat but the Blazing Bull gets there neater and more easily. It’s stainless steel construction is remarkably heavy. An amazing machine.

We bought the Blazing Bull because of the Schwank infrared heaters we have in our Pavilion, we trusted the quality and were not disappointed. I Sous VIde most of the time and the searing from the Blazing Bull puts the perfect finish on any meat. When I am short on time, I just use the Blazing Bull and the steaks come out perfect every time. We will be purchasing a second one soon for our motor home.

Absolutely wonderful machine and it has completely changed the way we cook steaks. I honestely cannot fault the Blazing Bull and have recommended it to friends. It will be interesting how they will improve upon the design in the future. Our steaks are now up to restaurant quality thanks to the unique burners.

Customer service with Blazing Bull is first rate. I’ve not experienced better. Both the customer service at time of sale and afterwards when a pizza stone I ordered was broken (when it arrived) were handled skillfully and professionally. The product itself- the grill- is as advertised. It’s heavy gauge stainless steel not a cheap hardware store gauge at all. It is easy to use and sears steaks and burgers to perfection in less time than a conventional BBQ. There is very little to heat up- it’s heat is directed right to the food. Given this directly applied heat and the short run time to sear/cook to perfection, a 20 pound bottle of propane is going to last a couple months I think. Saw it on YouTube, thought it looked good so ordered one. It has appreciably exceeded my expectations.

My Blazing Bull is by far the best investment I could have made in the grill category. Very High-Quality equipment and delivers the promised outcome on ALL foods made on/in this beauty. I look forward to seeing what other products they can bring to their consumers.

Blazing bull is an excellent product that I use multiple times a week. I highly recommend this product to anyone with a passion for grilling or anyone who loves a quality steakhouse meal!
