Blazin Bull is a fine machine! I discovered the infrared broilers on YouTube and in a book titled "Meat" by Pat LaFrieda. I dry age my own beef and wanted a cooking system that allowed the true flavor of the aged beef without any additives. The infrared broiler provides a sear that is consistent and perfect. I compared the competitive products, and Blazin Bull is the most expensive, but like Apple products, it is the highest quaility, best performing, safest and easiest to use of all the competition. The infrared broiler not only cooks a steak like a fine restaurant, it also cooks a personal size Neopolitan Pizza with the pizza stone. The only alternative to achieve 1500deg temps is in a larger wood fired pizza oven. The Blazin Bull is portable, so I will use it at home and beach. I plan to take it on a fishing and hunting trips. It is ready to cook in 5 to 7 mins and it cooks your fare in 7 to 10min more. Easy cleanup! No mess or ashes.

The Blazing Bull is everything it says it is. By far the best steaks I have ever made at home, and arguably the best I've ever had. So far have only done rib eyes and porterhouse. I bought a Husky one drawer 2 door tool chest in red, to set it on and it matches and works great. Will venture out to something other than steak soon. One of the best purchases I've ever made!

This grill is absolutely amazing! The quality is of a caliber that looks like it will be passed on to future generations. The way that all components subject to getting messy all come out easily for cleaning - even fits into the dish-washer. The first time I used it, I underestimated how quick things cook. I'm used to hanging around, having a beer or two, then checking how things are going. With this grill you better have all your other stuff ready to go because the cooking is fast - pay attention! The only potential negative is that I would like to see a larger unit in the lineup. Perhaps 50% larger would be perfect.
