I love how steak and chicken thighs turn out on this grill. I wish the shelf didn't tilt down so much under the weight of the pizza stone. I am still on the pizza dough please don't stick to the board end of the learning curve but plan to persevere.

I really love this grill. It is really built well. I bought it even though the price was higher than other competitors. I wish that the company would give some discounts on their accessories especially for those who purchased their grill. I wanted to get the pizza accessories when I bought the grill, but was too expensive for everything. If I get a good discount, I may buy the pizza accessories.

Unbelievable hounding for reviews. I keep answering the emails saying I haven’t even opened it yet. But I still keep getting emails asking for reviews WAAAY too frequently. Can’t review something I haven’t used and at this point I’ll tell everyone that it may or may not be good. It the constant hounding would make me go buy a caveman grill from a local Store. Same thing, half the size, makes an awesome steak. Only $299

Hi Ed, Sorry to hear that you received multiple emails for the reviews. We had a technical bug that was sending out multiple emails which we have fixed. We truly believe that once you try the grill you will love it! The Caveman grill is not the same thing, however. Only Blazing Bull is Made in America and uses the EXACT same heating technology as Morton's, CUT432, Del Frisco's and many others. Blazing Bull is also double the size of the Caveman and has high quality parts that will last much longer than the cheaper knockoffs. We see a lot of cheap knockoffs in the market. Had very difficult time submitting payment. Tried several times. Called my bank and they said they could see that I attempted, but that there was no reason as far as they could see that the transaction wouldn't go through. Check with Blazing Bull Chat Service guy name Andrew who was very helpful on other issues but couldn't help with the payment issue. Because I want to take advantage of the Father's Day special, I had to use a different card which is going to cause me some work because I now have to fuss with getting the charges changed. Very frustrating.

Hi Granville, Unfortunately, it seemed like there was an issue with your credit card. Sometimes your bank may decline large purchases to ensure that you are the one making the purchase. Once a different credit card was used it went through perfectly. We're sorry you had to use a different credit card and this caused an inconvenience for you but this would be an issue to take up with your bank.
