He really went above and beyond to assist me throughout the process. Grilled my first steak last night and what everyone says is true. Restaurant quality at home. This grill is outstanding and fulfills all its claims. Cooked a Tomahawk steak for the first time and couldn't have turned out better and I'm no pro BBQ'er. I only wish they made a bigger model so I could do more than two steaks at a time.
