Schwank GrillsReviews of schwankgrills.com

I saw this grill in a Youtube video and it caught my attention. I started doing some research on these types of grills and all roads led me back to the Schwank Grill. I read everything on the site and decided to order one. Shipping was really fast and the grill was ready to go pretty much right out of the box. I used it the first day and hands down cooked one of the best steaks I've ever made. I've since used used it several times and it's performed top notch every time. The cooker is very sturdy and well made. The entire unit is stainless steel making clean up quick and easy. This cooker will change your culinary life.

Amazing product. Love it

Well made!! As advertised.

I started researching salamander grills after I had what I would refer as a 'pinnacle' steak at the local Palm restaurant. Cowboy ribeye done to perfection with an amazing sear. I already was a reverse sear convert with a sous vide cook but my pellet grill couldn't muster enough heat for a proper sear. My research brought me to Shwank grills and I chose their grill based on four factors. Quality of construction, heat output, flexibility to accommodate different thicknesses of meat and the size (able to cook two steaks at the same time). Grill arrived on time, well protected and their website videos made it easy to get the grill up and running quickly. A bit pricy, however, I am enjoying every cook with it.

Andre was knowledgeable and helpful. I was leaning towards the two German competitors and Andrew explained the advantages of this grill. His personal experience using the grill was a help.
