So disappointed in this purchase. So so expensive. Meat doesn't taste as good as it does on a traditional grill and the surface area is so small it is inconvenient and difficult to return and they don't accept returns after one use.

Hi Leon, Very sorry to hear you are not satisfied with the grill! The surface area may seem small but the key is to lower the grill grate so you have a wider heat distribution for your sear. First grill was defective. After months of ruined meat and speaking in circles with customer support I finally insisted on sending it back and it was repaired. I would be happier if they assumed some responsibility on the amount of time I wasted and steaks that were ruined on the defective grill.

I joined with email and text and tried the chat with no reply, was going to order a different brand and then my wife texted 6 hours after and did get help and we placed an order. Timeliness was disappointing.
