I LOVE my Schwank grill
I LOVE my Schwank grill. The quality is unmatched. As an existing customer, I was offered a savings on the Large grill table. Needless to say, I purchased it. The customer service is top notch.

Too much effort for an inferior end result
After using this grill only two times, we have decided to re-home it because it is way too much work. A conventional gas grill delivers a far superior end result at a fraction of the cleanup.

Hi Jeffrey, sorry to hear that. Can you please contact [email protected] and we can provide you with some great cleaning tips to make the process easier? We can also provide you with more tips to make the steak taste MUCH better than your conventional gas grill.

Cooks meat amazingly but grill is not user friendly
The grill cooks everything amazingly. But the problem is the grill is not easy to use. Right now, the only way I can light it and keep it on is to push the ignite button on top and then place something with heavy weight on top of it to keep it burning. Maybe it's me but it's not easy to use.

Hi Rachel, sorry to hear that you are having issues. This is definitely an issue with the grill and not how it is supposed to operate. Can you please contact [email protected] and we can get this fixed for you under warranty?
