I ordered the stand to put my grill on and have not received it. Paid for it last August and was told it would ship in October. It's November and I've not seen it or heard anything from Schwank.

I had 2 coupons to enter. One for $150 off my entire order and one for a free grill cover. Upon submitting the first coupon code, the order processed and was confirmed without either of the discount codes being applied to the order or without me hitting “order”. I hate to leave a one star review because I have yet to use the actual product, but the checkout page needs some major work.

Quick delivery, now wonder why I had a barbeque and cast iron frying pan the last 50 yrs. I put mine on top of a rolling tool box base, popped a hole for the hose, removed 3 drawers so the propane tank can live inside. The steaks are quick and taste phenominal.

I was not in the state when I placed the order emailed the service team and advised needed a delayed delivery they made that happen. The box arrived undamaged and the unit was pretty easy to set up will be cooking soon.
