Great at returning mesages Very patient.

My move went smoothly and efficiently. The team who handled it were very professional and courteous. I would highly recommend Schumacher Logistics to those looking for a first class moving company.

We had an excellent experience with Schumacher Cargo Logistics with our international move from California to Madrid, Spain. We chose their door-to-door service, and the entire process was smooth, professional, and much less stressful than we expected an international move to be. The packing and unpacking teams were extremely experienced and professional. In California, all of our furniture was carefully disassembled, packed, and protected for the international move. Once everything arrived in Madrid, the delivery team unpacked our belongings, reassembled the furniture, and handled everything with great care and efficiency. The whole process was very well organized, and everything arrived in excellent condition. A special thank you to Mark, and especially to Kimberly, who coordinated our move and stayed in touch with us throughout the entire process. Kimberly was always responsive, helpful, patient, and reassuring, and made a complicated international move feel very manageable. We are extremely happy with the service and would absolutely recommend Schumacher to anyone planning an international move.

Professional and attentive for the contracting and through out the process. Only slight Delay in the Scheduling. But smooth pick up and follow-uo

You actually do not give a shit about your performance as I have complained loudly to anyone at Schumacher who I could get a hold of regarding the import of my Mercedes GL450 to Portugal. You pulled a bait and switch, yelled at and blamed me for your colloidal ineptness, your customer, when there were issues importing my vehicle. The epic failure left my vehicle returning to the US, AT MY COST having been in a container for 9 months. This is totally unacceptable and now that the vehicle is no longer in your possession you can expect to hear from my attorneys for the $50,000 epic failure for you to do any part of your job. There are a ton are horrific reviews out there, that I didn’t see before trusting you with this part of my relocation. I don’t expect you will care about this one either.

Smooth and finest operation

I had an excellent experience with Schumacher Cargo Logistics, Inc. when they organized my move from Colorado to New Zealand. Adriana is an amazing Coordinator. She gave us absolute confidence and peace of mind. And Kevin was incredibly helpful with providing a detailed quote and organizing my move from the start. From start to finish, the entire process was smooth, organized, and punctual. The pricing was very reasonable, and the entire staff was professional, responsive, and helpful throughout the move. The moving crew who picked up my belongings did an incredible job. I had everything coming out of storage, including a baby grand piano, and they handled everything with exceptional care. The wrapping and packing were meticulous, and they took great care when moving and preparing everything for shipment. International moves can be stressful, especially when valuable and delicate items are involved, but Schumacher Cargo Logistics made the entire experience feel straightforward and well managed. I really appreciated their professionalism and attention to detail. I would highly recommend Schumacher Cargo Logistics to anyone planning an international move. They did a fantastic job getting my belongings from Colorado to New Zealand safely, efficiently, and with great care. -Steve M

The moving crew was courteous. They confirmed every item that was part of the move and ensured everything was packed correctly. They provided paperwork for verification of the items once received. They were professional and efficient and left the area clean and uncluttered. I would definitely recommend them.
