I expected that we would get a notification that our shipment has moved. So far it is still in Tontitown. I hope this does not delay getting it. Everything else was superb.

These guys definitely know what they are doing in terms of shipping and packing. However, the communication is frustrating. Make sure you find your 'person' who is quick to respond and makes it personal, otherwise you get a lot of AI generated messages that repeat themselves and are not always relevant. We found our person in Kimberly and she was fantastic.

The team that packed our household goods in Melbourne and the one that delivered everything in Longmont, CO were very efficient and worked hard.

The pick up and pack service was near and quick and performed in a professional way The crew was 0n time and completed the pick up efficiently

I signed with Schumacher in Virginia to ship my goods to Italy. The way they work is the first person you deal with is a sales person. They secure the deal and you’re assigned to a move coordinator. It did sort of feel once I signed I was off the radar but later you’ll see that wasn’t the case. This person told me all the things I need to do and and sent forms. Asked for a copy of my Italian identity card since I was already a resident. Then I heard nothing else until I arrived stateside. I emailed and was assured they had everything they needed to clear customs etc. Two days before the move my coordinator quit working for the company (or was fired). No warning. I reached out to my sales person who stepped up to help me. I was assigned another coordinator and in the end the move went off without any more hitches. I will say I was a bit stressed. The shipment arrived in Rotterdam. The inventory I had made with estimated values was changed to a much lower amount. I was told not to change it, just to sign it. So I did. In the end I paid no duty even though I was resident in Europe. I was notified the goods had arrived. I was notified when to expect delivery. The delivery went off without a hitch. All in all everything worked out in the end.it wasn’t perfect, but it wasn’t bad.

We shipped household items from Florida to the UK. It took longer than expected which I understand is due to container shortage issues post Covid. However, items arrived undamaged.

We used Schumacher for our move from the US to the UK. The shipment did take much longer than expected (we were quoted around 3 months, and it took 7), but I was so thrilled with the condition of everything when it arrived. Not a scratch on anything, no weird smell from all that time at sea. It was exactly how we left it, and that's the most you can hope for with moving, I feel. The actual delivery crew were really kind and speedy as well.
