I ordered 2 pairs of Hoka Clifton 8 in black/white, because I couldn’t find them in my size for free shipping(Hoka wanted to charge $10 for shipping, because they were on sale). Scheels came through with my purchase expeditiously! It was a great experience and will use them again!

I accidentally ordered 2 pairs of the shoes I wanted. I immediately called customer services (6:30pm EST) and they helped me fix my order right away. Most places I buy online are closed at this hour but they answered fairly quickly and resolved my issue within minutes. I was definitely pleased with my purchasing experience.

First time purchase at Scheels. The sales agent at the Running shoe department in Eden prairie was very helpful and knowledgeable and Patient! I was there to check out the shoes and was not sure if I will end up buying the shoe there but he was so amazing! The manager at the Eden Praire location as well as the cashier were awesome and helped me price match as well! I am a hooked customer now of scheels in EP Minnesota!
