ScheelsReviews of scheels.com

Ben at the gun counter in Missoula, MT went above and beyond to help us get what we needed. Customer service was fantastic. Can we get a Scheels in Kalispell? Please? :)

The people of Scheels is the reason I shop there. This firearms transaction was handled professionally, thoroughly, and efficiently by firearms specialist Chase at the CO Springs store. Bravo, and thank you.

The check out girl was very nice and knowledgeable.

I hope this reaches the person it is supposed to. I want to brag on Morgan(possibly a team lead) in the woman’s section. She was absolutely amazing and deserves every recognition possible. She took well over 30 minutes of her time helping me find the best possible fit for my body, talked me through a melt down phase and made me feel awesome about myself. She not only made my experience today awesome but reassured me when I come back that she would help me find the best fit again for a different season. I left your store feeling very confident in the clothing I bought and about myself. Morgan, thank you for helping me and having the amount of patience you had with me.

Caring staff and professional sales associates who not only knew the basics but were also well versed in the Esoterics ! 'Sides, they were PATIENT with Squidgy Ol' ME and even laughed at my jokes ! Their informed suggestions gave me a good combination of quality and efficacious items purchased items and at a reasonable price !

Scheels Review Great selection! Great prices! Great products! Fast shipping! Employee owned & apparently ran extremely well! BUT the #1 reason I have already told several people about your company is because of the email I received on Easter, letting your customers know that your company will be closed so employees may spend the holiday with their families. And a gorgeous photo of a cross with HE HAS RISEN!!!!!! Thank you so much for bringing God back to our workforce where He belongs & shouting it from the rooftops to a society that has lost its way!! HALLELUJAH!!! You have a customer for life!! And I will make sure I recommend your company to anyone who will listen!! THANK YOU!!

I was at the store yesterday hoping to purchase a Remmington 870 Ultra Mag pump shotgun. The associate helping me started the paperwork and I filled out the online form. After several inquiries to the gentleman who began the transaction, and waiting nearly two hours for my purchase to go through, I asked another associate what the reason was for the wait? He went to the counter where the applications were and then said that I had inadvertently selected Tennessee as my state instead of Texas, and that I would have to begin the process over. I asked for my drivers license back and left the store. I do not understand why it would take nearly two hours to inform me about the mistake I made. I understand that it was busy, but I never left the counter area and inquired about this multiple times with the original associate. My time was obviously of no value to the store workers. I have bought firearms there before but I will throw away my Sheels card and do business elsewhere. My time is also valuable.

An item rang up for a higher price than what it was displayed at. The checkout lady called up to have someone check the price and they said it was marked at the price it rang up for. They did not honor the price we saw. After paying for our other items we went to recheck and the price tag was removed. Had it actually been marked at the correct price there would be no need to remove the tag. I believe it was marked at the lower price we saw and they removed that when they did the price check and found the error.
