Scent DecantReviews of scentdecant.com

I've been a longtime Microperfumes customer but they didn't have a certain perfume I was looking for. I decided to check out Scent Decant and I was not disappointed! They had the one I was looking for, and also a different, new inventory. What sets SD apart is the cool mini spray bottles the sample vials come in! Most places, they are the bottles with these infuriating lids you have to wrestle with to get them open. Not SD! Adorable little 1ml spray bottles. So much easier. I really want to give props to customer service, though. They respond to emails fast. And make sure you spring the extra $1 for shipping insurance (only $1!!!). My first package was either misdelivered or stolen, but SD made it right without a hassle. I am hoping they restock on my favorites soon. But 10/10 great experience!!!

Had some trouble with the postal service, not sure where the package went...They were pretty kind and offered to resend the whole order to a different address for free. Pretty cool. Samples are also really good. Did spill in the package for one or two which was kinda inconvenient. Thanks!

I ordered a scent that I thought I would never smell again! I’m so happy that I was able to find it, it is Clean Classic Cool Cotton . I decided to do a search for it, and it came on Scent Decant and I am thankful! The price was very fair and the shipping was incredibly fast!

Customer service is great! I had an issue with my order, received the wrong item. I reached out to customer service and they were quick to respond and get my order corrected. Thank you!

I had an order that I didn't receive so I contacted them right away. Within an hour I had a new invoice and they shipped it promptly. Customer service was absolutely amazing! I will for sure be using Scent Decant again! Wonderful company!

I had received a broken bottle of cologne and scentbox made it right. They are replacing, it no questions asked. I really appreciate scentbox taking care of things so quickly. Thank you scentbox,

This company has been amazing. I've been with them for 3 years and no complaints. Recently I got a sprayer and it didn't work and they sent out a replacement right away as no questions asked.

I have ordered from ScentDecant 5x now and am very, very pleased with the product and service. It takes a little time for them to process the order, but it always arrives! They provide tracking, and it is always packaged in a great, heavy-duty bubble mailer. I have also ordered from the product's "scent house" in the U.K. (their pricing and customer service are not great, given the exorbitant prices), so I am sticking with ScentDecant!!
