Awful shipping process, took many days for mine to ship and then was lost in shipping. It was supposed to be here Monday, going into Friday and still don't have it. I tried to track the package and it now doesn't give an ETA and just says "In Transit". After reaching out through email, I was asked to wait a few days to see if it came in and then get back with them if it doesn't come in. They stated that if it doesn't come in, they will send it again. I also read reviews stating atomizers not working on the bottles or bottles not being closed right enough and perfume dripping out in shipping. I see Scentdecant ads on almost every platform, which left a bitter taste. Maybe spend more time on your business model, catering to the customer and focusing on quality. There should not be routine issue with your product while your target audience gets spammed with ads and can transparently see what your priorities are within the company. People actually sat around a table and decided to put X amount of dollars into advertising instead of boosting Quality Control and working on the execution of shipping their product with better results..

ORDER NR 68747: I never leave a bad review, if it doesn't work for me i keep it to myself, but this time was different. I've placed an order twice before with no issues, this time around my samples came almost empty and the perfume that was inside smeared some of the samples writing and i couldn't even read the name of it, so I reached out to customer service, providing a picture of the mess i received, and they said they couldn't tell which one was broken, there were 5 samples. Clearly you couldn't tell because the name was all smeared and the bottles were empty, and they requested "can you retrieve them from the trash so we see better". ARE YOU KIDDING ME???

I use Baccarat all the time the past 4 years. I normally order samples of it and they last me a while . This was the first time ordering from this website, normally my samples arrive in actual Baccarat vials. This Baccarat smells nothing like my Baccarat, nasty alcoholic and just weirdly cheap smell.

I ordered over $50 worth of samples, but they never arrived and the USPS marked the delivery as complete. I contacted Scent Decant and notified them that I didn't receive my order. And in response they told me that the delivery was complete, and that maybe next time I need to put an apartment or suite #. (There isn't one) They must be hard up for cash or something because they didn't even offer a refund, a replacement, store credit, or anything else that could solve the problem. Next time I'll just use Amazon so I don't have this problem.

Sample bottles broke. One fragrance was leaking on delivery . The sample vials have a little nozzle to mist the cologne and they all fall out when you use the sample. You probably do better getting a sample at a department store or somewhere else with better vials. I learned my lesson. There are just better options and it is just .1 ml but it's just sending your money to a company that doesn't care if their hardware even works.

Absolutely horrible, first shipment almost every sample bottle leaked to the point some were empty. This left most samples sticky and smeared where you could not even read the description of the cologne on most bottles. I had to then try and figure out what cologne was in each bottle and how much wasted and send to customer service. They sent some replacements and missed a few others. When I contacted them to adjust the order they said the cologne was out of stock, this was BS, they just sent me a partial refund to the percent I said had leaked because they didn’t want to have to adjust the order. The replacements sent all leaked also except one bottle. So once again had to tell them the percent that leaked and they sent a refund of the percent I gave them. I had to do deal with the mess and waste a spray just to know what fragrance I am wearing. Pathetic!!!! I will go back to ordering from MicroPerfumes, faster shipping, nothing leaks and they actually try and keep there customers.

I ordered Bond no.9 scent for him in a travel size bottle and it has absolutely no smell as if it was water.

Beware this company. It is a neat service they offer as a company, but unfortunately the customer service is not there. I placed a few small orders to try some different scents, great. When I got around to placing the larger order for larger sizes one of the products shipped was the wrong product. I informed them and they flat out refused to send me the correct product even after going back and forth several times and me offering to send back the incorrect product. Stay away.
