Scent DecantReviews of scentdecant.com

I think they pay people to write 5 star reviews on here, i made my order 5 days ago and when i email them 2 days later they tell me to wait another 48hrs for movement, 3 days later still no movement, this gotta be a scam website.

I made my order 7 days ago. I emailed to ask what was taking so long and they replied with the same order tracking link that hasn't changed since I placed my order and told me to wait another 48 hours (2 business days). This is for 2 samples. I need to wait 7 business days before they process my order? I ordered these a week and a half before vacation hoping they would arrive before I left and they won't have even packaged them for shipping yet.

Ordered full bottle of aventus all good. Ordered another bottle a couple months later and hit subscribed save more thinking I'm just subscribing to more sales emails, nope... It was a subscription for automatic reorder every month. I cancelled the subscription and scent decant cancelled my order. Tried two different occasions to order aventus from them with the same card I ordered the first bottle with and same address, both times scent decant cancelled my order. I emailed of my disappointment and they emailed back that they were sorry. No attempt to solve the problem, just... We're sorry. Use another credit card??? I don't use credit for anything, I purchase everything using cash or that debit card. I have successfully used that same card at other online retailers since with no issues. My bank account is covered by the FDIC for unwarranted purchases. Each time I tried to order the second bottle the money was deducted from the account and then redeposited 3 days later. After reaching out to your "help" team I would think that someone within the scent decant financial Dept could maybe verify the past orders and work diligently to contact your "credit card processor" notify them of the error and reclaim what would have been a sustainable customer. Instead I received twice an reply that simply stated that "we're sorry". Yes you offered a pretty good discounted price on my go to fragrance, however I would gladly continue paying the $500 to creed boutique knowing that any issues that would potentially arise would be handled with professional support and sincere efforts to retain a customer who has established a purchase history.

I ordered a bottle of cologne from them because it's the one thing my friend really wanted for their birthday, which is this weekend. Order arrived yesterday. Great! I opened the package and it was the wrong item. Mind you, this is the 2nd order I've place with them and the 2nd time I've been sent the wrong item. I contacted customer service and provided pictures of the wrong item. Their response was to mail it back BEFORE they would ship me the correct item. Now, my best friend won't get what they wanted for their birthday and I'm in for an awful weekend. Way to make things right, ScentDecant...make me wait in limbo and disappoint a friend because have no concept of customer service and fill an order properly. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM.

Buyers beware. This site has no integrity. I ordered a perfume. i took it out of the box, i sprayed once and it wasnt what i wanted. I wrote to them and they said i couldnt return it as i had opened the box. Now how was i supposed to smell it without opening the box. Customer service was poor, they actually was aggressive to me and rude.I would highly reccommend Fragrance net instead of this site.

I purchased Creed for this company. It came. It was just the one milliliter spray. It was actually Creed, I decided to purchase the five milliliter and it was not Creed. It was a bunch of alcohol on top of citrus barely had any sandal. I tried to contact the company. The company said that they don't do refunds or exchanges. It's crazy because as soon as I smell the fragrance I contacted them. Don't do business with people that don't do refunds. They're just scammers

I am unfortunately not having a good experience with this company. It's been 2 weeks since my order. I finally received a shipment from them today, but it's the wrong item! I reached out to the company to inform them of their mistake. I was told that I would receive the item I ordered and already paid for after they received their order back that they incorrectly shipped to me. So I'm being inconvenienced because they shipped me the wrong item. Not good customer service at all! Refund please. I'll go somewhere else.

Do not buy samples from this Co. I received a Red women's atomizer instead of what they announce on web (Black). It broke from the first use and the smell in my car was overwhelming. When I tried to explain the problem to customer service they said: pump it about 20 times. Heck it's supposed to be a sample ($20) if i try to pump it 20 times i'll run out the content immediately. BS
