Wonderful customer service. I had to deal with a shipping issue and custom service went above and beyond to resolve the issue quickly and make sure that I was satisfied.

I’ve placed a couple of orders with Scent Decant. Both shipped quickly and were well packaged. The second order had one scent that was wrong. I contacted them via email with pictures of the invoice with the wrong scent that arrived. They got back to me the same day and shipped out the correct scent very quickly. They were polite and apologetic. I was impressed with the customer service I received and I’ve been very happy with the quality of the scents. I look forward to my next order with them.

Since I've been looking to buy a new perfume, I ordered six samples of scents that intrigued me. They came yesterday. I was excited that the first one I opened, Opium, was lovely. It stayed with me for the rest of the day. I've decided to try a new one each day. Very happy so far!

I ordered 3 samples and forgot to change my delivery address when I changed the billing address. I didn't catch my error until I received notice that my package had been delivered and I reported I had not received the package. I let customer service know that my current address was the same as the billing address. I then received an email letting me know that the products I ordered were being sent to me again at no charge. This is exceptional customer service. I will definitely continue to use scent decant.

I received a cracked sample bottle which was promptly replaced, hassle free. A company with such good customer service means as much to me as a good product!

Honest review: I received the package In excellent condition and faster than expected. Scents were authentic (to my nose). Not watered down or alcohol smelling. They were safely shipping in a bubble pouch, and came in a twist style 5ml decant. They spray well and did not leak during shipment. Left wrist is Dior Savage 5-6 hours later the scent is still present. Right wrist Creed Aventus 5-6 hour scent has faded slightly. For what it’s worth, they did an excellent job getting me my samples. Give them a try; I will be returning.
